Floral Canyon Out Now Via Dangerbird Records :

“The Nashville-based trio finds a tender balance between lead vocalist Jared Corder’s
old-school rocker tone and vocalist/keys player Kristyn Corder's lilt, backing their tangled
duet with a little bit of grunge and a little bit of surf-pop.” —TIME

There’s something addicting about *repeat repeat. Maybe it’s the high-energy ‘Plugged In’ that almost gives you a runner’s high just by listening to it. Or maybe it’s the perfect concoction of surf, rock and pop that make their tracks so sticky sweet and irresistible.”  – Alternative Press

*repeat repeat are thrilled to share their audio track by track of their new album, Floral Canyon, (out now via Dangerbird Records). CLICK HERE to listen exclusively on Huffington Post

*repeat repeat says, “On this commentary version of our record we sit down and talk about the record process and what inspired each track. If you like the sound of us talking as much as singing, we have a podcast where we do just that, called “The *repeat repeat Podcast Podcast” which you can find on ITunes and Stitcher and you can get to know us, and our supremely talented friends, a little bit better.”

*repeat repeat mixes the sunny swoon of Sixties pop with a dark swirl of Warholian garage rock, to create their own geography. Based in Nashville, TN — where frontman Jared Corder and vocalist/keys player Kristyn Corder formed the band in 2014 - *repeat repeat kicks out pop jams rooted in the spirit of both coasts, looking well beyond their land-locked borders to mix California surf culture and New York street smarts into the same track list. They're Dick Dale's snot-nosed grandkids. They're your favorite band’s favorite band.

The band recently released their single “Girlfriend” that got tons of appraises from multiple press outlets like, TIME Magazine, Alt Press, Nylon, just to name a few. The single hit over 300,000 Spotify Streams in 3 weeks and was added to the top tier Spotify playlists.  Apple Music also added the single to their Alternative Radio and to their coveted Breaking Alternative playlist. Radio is taking notice as well with early spins at WKQX Chicago, WWDC Washington D.C., KBZT San Diego, KJCK Kansas City and many more.

*repeat repeat’s live show buzzes with an urgent, exuberant energy that consistently lights up rock clubs in Music City and beyond. CLICK HERE to watch a live performance of the song, “Speaker Destroyer” on Indie 88.

In support of the new album, *repeat repeat made HUGE successful appearances on some of this summer’s most anticipated festivals, including Firefly Music Festival (Dover Post: TOP Acts Off The Main Stage) and Forecastle Festival (Courier-Journal - Cover Story) . They also just wrapped up some tour dates with Beach Slang and did an in store performance at the legendary Grimey’s New And Pre-Loved Music.

Now that it is October, all the best ghouls come out for the band’s 4th Annual HOWL-O-WEEN Nite at The Crying Wolf. See tour dates below.

“We can’t tell if this song is pop, surfer-cool certified, or a mix of both, but it doesn’t really matter, since we’ve been listening to it on *repeat repeat.” – Nylon

"Punk inflected love songs w/ hazy hippie-ish pop gauze? Don't tell them what they can & can't do." – Flaunt Magazine

“*repeat repeat have perfected a unique combination of surf, pop and rock on the new single, initially penned as a response to Best Coast's song, ‘Boyfriend.’” - Earmilk

“Nashville’s *repeat repeat have an amazing sound that’s rooted in garage rock and psychedelic rock, but possesses the energy and attitude of punk alongside some killer harmony singing that artists in Nashville do better than anyone else. The band’s sound is urgent with slashing guitars, waves of synths, yet beautifully melded to a hazy, sunny California vibe.” - Pop Matters

“Clearly poised to be one of Nashville’s next breakout bands. Heroes of sunny surf rock with their timeless sunny sound, this band’s future looks bright. Their brand of upbeat poppy, sometimes sunkissed surf-style, rock stands out.”
– No Country For New Nashville

“*repeat repeat are best known for sweet sun-kissed rock jams
with a bit of post-punk grit.” – Nashville Cream

The Quinta del Sordo (English: Villa of the Deaf), or Quinta de Goya, was the name of an extensive estate and country house situated on a hill in the old municipality of Carabanchelon the outskirts of Madrid. The house is best known as the home of Francisco de Goya in the years leading up to his exile, and where he painted the Black Paintings comprising fourteen murals. Contrary to popular belief, the estate was given its name due to the deafness of a prior owner, having nothing to do with Goya himself. The house was demolished in 1909.

      Of Sea And Stone bio:

Of Sea and Stone is an emerging Americana duo known for their polished vocal harmonies and intimate songwriting. After meeting through Tinder, Luke and Morgan quickly realized their vocal chemistry and began performing together the following week.

Of Sea and Stone's sound ranges from joyful to solemn, hopeful to desperate, and ultimately reflects the very nature of their relationship. The two are opposites in many ways, yet they share an inherent link. Much like their namesake, they’re always crashing into one another. Of Sea and Stone has shared the stage with several talented artists, including Judah and the Lion, Stephanie Rice of The Voice, Ships Have Sailed, and Mark Stokes.

Their latest project, soon to be released, was engineered and recorded at Dark Horse Studios with producer Billy Smiley in Franklin, TN. It was mixed by Richie Biggs, engineer of The Civil Wars’ albums, Barton Hollow and The Civil Wars. The album features guitarist Brad Rice (toured with Keith Urban), drummer Jared Kneale (toured with Kacey Musgraves, currently performing with Hunter Hayes), bassist Danny O’Lannerghty, and guitarist Brennan Smiley of The Technicolors. The album is scheduled for release December 1st, 2017 through Sony RED and Soundly Music of Nashville, TN

Recent Press:

"These two can only be described as folky, and create music that’s truly salt-of-the-earth in nature."
- Molly Shores
Shutter 16 Magazine

"[Of Sea and Stone] can be described as a transparent, harmonious indie-folk band with a homey, joyful spirit. Their diverse influences bring a variety of music genres in their songs. What sets them apart are the ever-constant harmonies created by Dierker and Manson."
- Huong Truong
MOVE Magazine

The Traveling Ones bio:

Nashville-based Americana band The Traveling Ones delivers soulful harmonies and sentimental blues-rock in its debut album, Meet Me There. Released February 3, 2017, the all-original project is a collaborative effort from two solo artists who – more than capable apart – come together to create something truly special.

With shared influences that span decades and genres (Aretha Franklin, Norah Jones, The Black Crowes, The Beatles) the duo’s music is more about heart than labels or boundaries. Even so, it exhibits a consistently laid-back pattern of soulful blues-rock. “Like the sentimental ballads from Jason Isbell and Ryan Adams, the Traveling One’s style of Americana is rich in harmony and full of character,” wrote Tour Worthy of the couple’s unique, earthy sound.

A metaphor for the two artists’ meeting and subsequent partnership, Meet Me There is reflective of the “unexpected nature of life and how we adapt to it,” according to Justin. Highlights of the heavily co-written album include “You Only Have to Break My Heart,” “Yours Tonight,” and the poignant “Red Lights.”

 HAILING FROM SAINT      LOUIS, MISSOURI,

MT. THELONIOUS knew they wanted to pay tribute to their mutual influence, American jazz legend Thelonious Monk. Though their sound is rooted the sounds and melodies of indie folk, they share the values and inventive energy of their namesake. Mt. Thelonious’ shows are characterized by their originality, spirit, and flair for improvisation. Monk once wrote, “a note can be small as a pin or as big as the world, it depends on your imagination”—listening to the band’s unique sound, it’s clear that Mt. Thelonious has taken this to heart.

In 2013, the trio collaborated with Grammy Award nominated recording engineer Adam Long, and produced their self-titled debut album. Since then, Mt. Thelonious has embarked on several national tours, cultivating growing fan bases in a number of US cities.

The band has plenty of touchstones in the past, drawing heavily from folk, jazz, and rootsy, Americana traditions—yet what makes them truly unique is their ability to craft something new from these references while still evoking them. As Mt. Thelonious continues to tour and immerse themselves in America’s rich musical landscape, there’s no doubt their sound will only continue to expand and deepen.

Two Parts Viper Available For Purchase Now via Cooking Vinyl:

If you thought Atlanta-based rock duo ‘68 would be taking a break for the holidays, think again. Due to high demand, ‘68 will be touring across the US for the remainder of 2017. The band kicked off their Fall headlining tour at Slidebar in Fullerton, CA on November 8th and were joined by will be prog-rock outfit Stolas and heavy indie-rock band Alistair Hennessey on it's first leg. On November 30th, ‘68 continued the second leg of the tour with co-headliners/noise rockers Whores. and support from Alistair Hennessey. For more information, please visit:
http://theyare68.com/#tour-dates.

The two-piece recently released their video for "Eventually We All Win". The video, directed by Oleg Rooz, is a montage of footage taken while on their headlining world tour earlier this year. “Eventually We All Win” has become a fan favorite since the release of their latest record and was noted as a top pick by Alternative Press and Exclaim! who asserted: “The two-minute flirt of a track will hook longtime fans with a taste of vintage Scogin, but offers enough novelty to compel first-timers, too.” Check it out, here: https://youtu.be/uKfDN8Sgx2U.

Josh Scogin (The Chariot, Norma Jean) and bandmate Michael McClellan are known to channel everything from the intensity of At The Drive-In to Jack White-like vocals to a setup similar to The Black Keys. Together they released Two Parts Viper via Cooking Vinyl on June 2nd, 2017 to mass critical acclaim from several outlets including Alternative Press, Exclaim!, Paste Magazine, Rock Sound and Live Nation’s Bring The Noise. Alternative Press raved about ‘68, stating: “…Scogin and [McClellan] bring the noise in the most righteous ways, caring less about the scene they came up through, the bloodless drivel that passes as ‘indie’ and the boring earnestness currently permeating ‘punk’. Two Parts Viper is the best record of the year.” The 10-track record is available for purchase now on all major music services including Amazon, iTunes, and Spotify, here: https://68.lnk.to/tpv.
