     7 – 7:45 p.m. Cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, silent auction and live music at the Sheldon Ballroom.

     8 p.m. Concert by John Pizzarelli Quartet at Sheldon Concert Hall.

Enjoy a pre-concert cocktail party with creative food and drink inspired by the exhibition, The World of Spectacular Strings, while bidding on exclusive items and experiences including:

* One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer, a tasting party atMeadowbrook Country Club.

* Champagne Tour of the Sheldon Art Galleries with Director, Olivia Lahs-Gonzales Tour and Picnic at three Pike County farms.

* Fine art work including a painting by Charles Houska, and photographs by Richard Sprengeler, Barbara McDonnell and Katherine Simone ReynoldsSports and arts tickets, jewelry and more!

Patron tickets to benefit the Sheldon Art Galleries start at $150 and include preferred seating, complimentary parking, a pre-concert reception and auction, and a tax deduction.

Starbucks/Music for Lifelong Achievement Instrument Drive - through October 29! Help "Keep the Music Playing" for underserved students throughout the region with the annual Starbucks / Music for Lifelong Achievement Instrument Drive!  

Through October 29, bring your used or new musical instruments to any participating St. Louis-area Starbucks store.The instruments will then be repaired as needed and distributed to local schools and community music programs serving aspiring music students who otherwise would not be able to afford an instrument.   

Donors will receive a tax deduction for the value of the instruments, and, most importantly, the joy of bringing music to children in our community!
