This Wednesday, April 12th the longtime guitarist for Black Lips and Diamond Rugs, Saint Pe' (Nashville, TN) will be in town and sharing the stage with him will be Mirror Mirror from our scene in St. Louis. It is taking place at the Atomic Cowboy Pavilion & The Bootleg in the Grove. Saint Pe' just released his debut album 'Fixed Focus' released on Ernest Jenning Record Co. label that he recorded himself. Matt Boynton (Kurt Vile, MGMT) mixed the effort in New York City and it was mastered in Athens, GA by Joel Hastat. After ten years of touring with his previous bands Saint Pe' required change and packed up then moved to Nashville. Noisey just premiered his debut track "Kiss It Goodbye".
Mirror Mirror just performed at Maximum Effort's album release this past weekend. Their name keeps popping up on the radar lately, so they must be doing something right. They are a trio consisting of two gals and a guy who play garage, rock, punk and pop music. Their album was released last August. For more info. on the show visit the official Facebook event HERE.
