Cy "short for Cyberocker" is a blues/rock artist looking for like-minded musicians that want to work with him to develop a set list for public appearances. After moving to Missouri from California, he decided to teach himself to play guitar. Cy had previously taught himself to play ukelele at an early age, and studied trombone in junior high school. Many years later, he decided to focus on writing his own material, rather than try to remember other people's songs. Cy is still active in this endeavor today, but now he shares his focus with many other non-musical projects, as well. Because he had difficulty in finding band-mates. Cy taught myself how to multi-track record and to find ways to lay down his songs. He has met many musicians via the internet and some have assisted him in filling in various instruments on a few tracks. Cy continues to look for local band-mates to assist him in taking the music to the next level. The goal is performing it out live and locally. Until they come forward, all he can do is to continue to write and record his material.
